Last night I had to force myself to go out. (Please see below post.) And I’m very pleased I did. The bar that we went to was indeed choc block full of men. They were everywhere. Absolutely everywhere.
Unfortunately we hardly paid them any attention. We were far too busy giggling and dancing to the live band.
We’re planning another night out at the same bar in mid December. And I’m already looking forward to it.
To report back results. Prospects zero. Night out with the girls priceless.
Glad you had fun! I find that spending time with my family and friends doing something fun tends to recharge my batteries!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had fun! The best nights are those where you go out with your girlfriends and you aren't expecting anything except having fun with them.
I feel like I have to force myself to go out sometimes. Especially to singles events, where I feel like a failure if no one approaches me. Staying at home is great, but won't get me anywhere. LOL!
Anyway, it's good to know you're back in good spirits after the "over it" email.
